- Invasive aspergillosis
- Invasive aspergillosis either refractory to, or in patients intolerant of, itraconazole or amphotericin B, Fusariosis either refractory to, or in patients intolerant of, amphotericin B, Chromoblastomycosis and mycetoma either refractory to, or in patients intolerant of, itraconazole, Coccidioidomycosis either refractory to, or in patients intolerant of, amphotericin B, itraconazole, or fluconazole
