Correction policy
MedNext corrects errors, outdated source references, and unclear wording when identified by the clinical team or reported by users. Corrections are prioritised by patient safety relevance, source authority, and likely user impact.

Report
Send the page URL, the relevant quote or section, and the source you believe should be used to support the correction.
Triage
Clinical-risk items are reviewed first. Portfolio date or source-link issues are prioritised during active recruitment cycles.
Review
The MedNext Clinical Team checks the claim against source material and decides whether a correction, clarification, or no change is required.
Publish
Accepted corrections are published to the relevant page and added to the public corrections log when material.

Email corrections to [email protected]. Include the URL, the issue, and the source document or reference that supports the proposed change.
