- Congenital deficiency of factors II, VII, IX, or X if purified specific coagulation factors not available (specialist use only), Acquired deficiency of factors II, VII, IX, or X (e.g. during warfarin treatment) (specialist use only)
- Major bleeding in patients on warfarin [following phytomenadione] (initiated under specialist supervision)
